Effective Date: June 11, 2026
1. Introduction Thank you for using Label Logic ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use the Label Logic Chrome Extension, specifically regarding how we interact with Google user data.
2. Google User Data: Access, Usage, Sharing, and Storage Label Logic is designed to automatically color-code your Google Calendar events based on rules you create. To provide this functionality, the extension requires access to your Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API.
Data Accessed: Label Logic accesses the following Google user data: Event titles, event descriptions, event participant email addresses and domains, and the color IDs of your calendar events for the upcoming 60 days.
Data Usage: We use this data strictly to match against custom keyword and domain rules you have set up within the extension. If a match is found, the application processes this data to update the color ID of that specific event. All data processing occurs locally within your browser. The sole purpose of this use is to visually organize and color-code your Google Calendar.
Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your Google user data with any third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers. Your calendar data is never transmitted outside of your local browser environment.
Data Storage & Protection: All user rules and event data processing happen entirely locally within your browser's standard, secure storage mechanisms. We do not transmit, store, or protect your Google user data on any external servers, third-party databases, or cloud infrastructure, as the data never leaves your device.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Because Label Logic does not store your data on any external servers, we do not centrally retain your Google user data. Any rules or tags you create are retained locally on your device only for as long as the extension is installed.
How to request deletion of your data: Users can instantly request and execute the deletion of all local data and revoke access to their Google user data by:
Clicking the "Sign Out" button within the extension's menu.
Uninstalling/removing the Label Logic extension from their Google Chrome browser.
Revoking access directly through the security settings page of their Google Account.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance Label Logic's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
